Abstract
Public perception of the services provided by an organization will be assessed as good or not depending on whether the public service it receives matches or exceeds its expectations. This study aims to determine the role of the external public manager and internal politics of the organization in increasing the equity satisfaction of the Sakai ethnic community in the tourism sector. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection methods through a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale and supported by documentation studies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were 230 Sakai ethnic communities in Bengkalis Regency. Data analysis was performed path analysis. The regression test results show that there is a significant influence between the external role of public managers and the internal politics of the organization on the equity satisfaction of the Sakai ethnic community in the tourism sector of the Bengkalis Regency.
