Abstract
This study aims to obtain information from stakeholders of the alumni Guidance and Counseling Study Program of the Faculty Education, State University of Medan. Stakeholder satisfaction in terms of (1) benefits and learning experiences, (2) graduate competence, (3) performance quality. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Research Data, using a survey method was used using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results of this study are expected to be useful as a basis for consideration in formulating policy programs to improve the quality of administrative and academic services in the Undergraduate (S-1) Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Education, State University of Medan.
