Abstract
This research aims to analyze and explain job satisfaction as a mediation variable between the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior employees of Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and Slovin formula. This research uses a questionnaire with the number of respondents 131 permanent employees of Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency. Data analysis uses validity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test f test, and Sobel test to analyze the indirect effect of each variable. The results of the research show that job satisfaction variables can be a mediation between the influence of transformational leadership and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior. So the company must increase the variables that can affect OCB in order to create company goals. This research also suggests further research to add other variables not examined to strengthen the relationship of each variable with organizational citizenship behavior.
