Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on museum activities, especially those in Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. This study uses sources based on secondary data from online news platforms, research results, journals, and other references that are related to research. Techniques used in data collection using documentation techniques. The conclusion from this research is that there are several impacts, both positive and negative, which greatly influence the existence of the museum. The main impact on museums during the pandemic was a decrease in visitor numbers and museum closures, constraints on museum maintenance, and an increase in the museum's digital services.
