Abstract

Due to the poor stability of the traditional power control system, the control error of the inspection robot exists in the process of inspection. Therefore, a new power control system of the inspection robot is designed based on wavelet transform.In terms of hardware design, the driving hardware circuit and control hardware circuit of the inspection robot are redesigned to ensure the stability of hardware operation.In terms of the system software, by extracting the structural and functional characteristics of the inspection robot, the system control parameters based on wavelet transform are set and the system communication parameters are configured to enhance the stable performance of the system operation and realize the complete design of the power control system.The test results show that compared with the traditional power control system, the designed system has better stability performance and strong ability to control the patrol robot.It can be seen that the designed power control system can be applied to the control of patrol robot.
