The activity and properties of Nucleotidase in the extract of Leishmania Tropica, Fasciola hepatica, and Moneizia expensa were studied by using Fisk & subbarow agent method. the optimum conditions were determined to measure the enzyme activity from the pH, the temperature and the time required for incubation where the specific efficacy was 28.8, 52.3, 28.6, micromol phosphate / min / mg protein.
